Ever notice how most people close their online profiles with, “If there’s anything else you want to know, just ask.”? In reality, do you think they really mean it? I mean, anyone who know them wouldn’t need to ask in the first place. And anyone they didn’t know, that just messaged them out of the blue with something like, “Hey, just curious, do you Garfield was modeled after a cat that really like lasagna?” They would probably think, “Okay, psycho” right before they hit the delete button.
The ones that really make me laugh are the people that have their profiles set to Friends Only, and finish it up by saying, “If there’s anything else….” Shouldn’t they know everything already, if they are your ‘friends’. And anyone that may want to learn/know more about you can’t see your profile or that text in the first place.
I guess that’s it for now.
